Job summary

Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited in Chennai is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (Junior) to create and modify 3D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using Siemens NX. You will support engineering activities through the product lifecycle and develop manufacturing-ready designs with rigorous documentation.

The role requires 2–3 years of mechanical engineering experience, knowledge of GD&T, and proficiency in Teamcenter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor / master’s in mechanical engineering with 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Basic knowledge in Electrical Products, MV/LV switchgears.
• Strong proficiency in Part Modeling and Assembly Design.
• Drafting and 3D Modeling.
• Experience with Teamcenter-managed environments.
• Good understanding of GD&T and engineering drawing standards.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and design aptitude.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
