Job summary

Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (C# .NET) to drive technical implementation and standard processes for a team delivering high-quality software.

You will act as Scrum Master, facilitate agile ceremonies, mentor engineers, and focus on scalability, user experience, and CI/CD practices within a Bangalore-based team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 8+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience in electrical domain and energy market trends is a plus.
• Expertise in modern web app development using C#/Angular/Typescript.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and standard processes for a team in a product, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth sprint execution while removing team impediments
• Measure and optimize quality metrics and KPIs.

• Manage risks and perform risk mitigation activities.
• Coordinate with product owner and product architect to deliver the software in high quality.

• Knowledge and Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years of leading the team.
• Experience in electrical domain and exposure to energy market trends is an added advantage.
• Expertise in at least one major programming language (C#/Angular/Typescript) and web application development.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Agile/DevOps practices.
• Excellence in team leadership, communication, and partner management.
• Drive a positive mindset and culture in the team.
• Effectively communicate, influence, and interact with various partners..
