Job summary

Spinta Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled professional to lead complex product design and reverse engineering tasks. The role involves converting STL mesh data into precise CATIA models, verifying against scans or blueprints, and preparing production-ready drawings for manufacturing.

You will manage client communications and take end-to-end ownership of project planning, resource allocation, and on-schedule delivery, while adhering to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• CATIA V5 expertise across Generative Shape Design, Part Design and Assembly Design.
• Experience in Product Development or Reverse Engineering in Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial manufacturing.
• Knowledge of design principles and manufacturing processes for plastic and metal components.
• Strong verbal and written English communication for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Product Design & Reverse Engineering activity per project requirements.
• Scan To CAD creation; convert raw mesh data (.STL) to precise parametric 3D models and surfaces using CATIA V5.
• Cross-verify CAD models against physical scan data or blueprints to ensure zero-defect accuracy.
• Create manufacturing-ready 2D production drawings per compliance.
• Handling clients on call or meeting them regarding ongoing projects.
• Take end-to-end ownership of project management - planning timelines, allocating resources, and delivering projects on schedule.
• Follow the company guidelines as per requirements towards clients.

• 3. Cross-verify CAD models against physical scan data or blueprints to ensure zero-defect accuracy.


• 4. Create manufacturing-ready 2D production drawings as per compliance.


• 5. Handling clients on call or meeting them regarding ongoing projects.


• 6. Take end-to-end ownership of project management - planning timelines, allocating resources, and delivering projects on schedule


• 7. Follow the company guidelines as per requirements towards clients.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1. Strong expertise in CATIA V5 (specifically Generative Shape Design, Part Design, and Assembly Design modules).


• 2. Prior experience working in Product Development or Reverse Engineering roles within the Automotive, Aerospace, or general Industrial manufacturing sectors.


• 3. Good Knowledge of design principles and manufacturing processes for both plastic components (injection molding, draft angles, wall thickness) and metal components (sheet metal, casting, machining).


• 4. Good verbal and written communication skills (in English) for client interaction and alignment calls.
