Spectrum Pharmatech Consultant in India is seeking an experienced design engineer to prepare design bases for utility systems (black/clear utility, firefighting and plumbing), and for mechanical piping and insulation works.

The role includes equipment capacity planning, preparation of technical specifications, review and issuance of P&IDs and ULDs, tender documentation, bid evaluation, construction drawings, and weekly/monthly site progress updates in coordination with site engineers on

Responsabilidades

• Preparing of Design Basis of the Utility system such as Black and clean Utility system, Fire Fighting and Plumping system
• Preparing of Design Basis of the Mechanical piping and Insulation works, Fire Fighting and Plumping system.
• Preparing of Utility equipment capacity, Fire Fighting and Plumping system planning & calculation
• Review and planning of detail layout for utility system, Fire Fighting and Plumping system.
• Preparing of Technical specification of Equipments, piping and its component datasheet of Clean Utility, Black Utility and Fire Fighting system.
• Review & Issue of P&IDs and ULD’s of Clean Utility, Black Utility and Fire Fighting system.
• Preparing & issuing of tender document of Mechanical and Piping (Clean Utility, Black Utility), Fire Fighting system.
• Preparing & issuing of Technical specification of utility Equipment’s and Fire Fighting system.
• Tender floating to shortlisted bidders, evaluating bids on technical & commercial grounds, & giving recommendations for the same.
• Review and issuing of construction drawings
• Keeping and update on the progress of site activities by monitoring weekly / monthly progress reports and making necessary site visits as well as Co-ordination with Site Engineers for various activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have experience working with Pharmaceuticals Projects
