Job summary

Aevitas Pharmagro Tech is seeking an experienced piping engineer to prepare piping specifications and 3D plant layouts for pharma and chemical projects. The role includes equipment layouts, clean room piping, tank farm layouts, and utility pipe sizing with rigorous document checks.

Candidates should have consultancy background and demonstrable pharma/chemical project experience, with ability to liaise with vendors and CAD teams while meeting delivery targets.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Piping specifications; experience in 3D piping software preferable Plant 3D.
• Preparation of Mechanical tender, Painting tender & Insulation Tender.
• Preparation of Equipment Layout of Pharma / Chemical/ Agro Plants.
• Preparation of Pharmaceutical Clean room piping layout.
• Preparation of typical Equipment & Piping Layout for tank farm (PESO).
• Calculating of Utilities Pipe sizing and pipe rack designing for Utilities and process lines.
• To follow project planning and schedule and ensure timely generation. To ensure Squad check of all drawings and document issued to clients.
• To continuously upgrade oneself with latest standards, regulations and developments.
• To give proper inputs to CAD personnel for drawing with delivery targets and to ensure proper and accurate checking of all documents.
• To effectively handle vendor interactions and inter-discipline interactions.
