Job summary

Shubham Extrusion invites fresh engineers to join a hands-on design team. You will create 3D models and large assemblies in SolidWorks and produce 2D drawings in AutoCAD with precise dimensions and tolerances.

Fresh graduates with SolidWorks and AutoCAD courses (0–5 years) will be considered. You’ll coordinate with fabrication and assembly to resolve design queries and maintain design revision history and project files.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience; freshers can apply.
• Should have completed SolidWorks and AutoCAD course.

Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling & Assemblies: Create accurate 3D models and large assemblies of machines and components using SolidWorks.
• 2D Drafting & Detailing: Generate detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, fabrication drawings, and layout plans using AutoCAD with proper dimensions and tolerances.
• BOM Creation: Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for procurement and production departments.
• Design Validation: Perform interference checks, tolerance stack-up analysis, and ensure designs meet customer specifications.
• Production Coordination: Work closely with the fabrication and assembly floor teams to resolve design queries during manufacturing.
• Documentation: Maintain and update design revision history, drawings databases, and project files.
