Key Responsibilities

• 8 - 12 years of hands‑on design experience, focusing on hydraulic cylinder design.
• Seal selection and application for hydraulic cylinders.
• Design of hydraulic cylinder manifolds integrating cartridge valve technology.
• Understanding of hydraulic cylinder manufacturing and machining methods.
• Advanced SolidWorks modelling and production drawing generation.
• Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Basic hydraulic system schematics, including cartridge valve logic.
• Knowledge of pressure vessel stress calculations (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong problem‑solving, creativity, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivation, independent work, and team coordination, guiding the team.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proposal support and help standardize client documents and datasheets.
• Valid US visa an added advantage.
