Role

The Design Engineer will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Design & Development: Develop mechanical designs and detailed 3D models using CAD software (Solid Edge, Catia, etc.).
• Concept Design: Create innovative design concepts to meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare BOMs, technical drawings, and specifications for manufacturing.
• DFMEA & Analysis: Conduct design failure mode and effect analysis (DFMEA) and perform structural and tolerance analysis.
• BOP Selection: Assist in selecting and validating the best BOP components for system compatibility.
• Design Review & Approvals: Collaborate with internal teams and customers to finalize design approvals.
• Cost Optimization: Ensure cost-effective design solutions while maintaining quality and functionality.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with production, procurement, and quality teams for seamless execution.
