Job summary

Capgemini in India is hiring a Senior Solution Architect – Vulnerability Management to drive enterprise-scale security transformation. You will define and govern vulnerability management architecture across infrastructure, apps, cloud, containers, and networks, while orchestrating remediation and reporting in CI/CD pipelines.

You will embed DevSecOps practices, enforce policy-as-code, and align with regulatory and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Vulnerability Management Architecture (VM/VMDR).
• Proficient in DevSecOps and Secure SDLC practices.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Familiar with CVE/CVSS/CWE and OWASP Top 10.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise Vulnerability Management architecture covering infrastructure, applications, cloud, containers, Kubernetes, databases, and network assets.
• Design scalable solutions for vulnerability discovery, assessment, risk-based prioritization, remediation orchestration, and automated reporting.
• Drive integration of vulnerability management platforms with CI/CD pipelines, CMDB, ticketing systems, cloud services, and enterprise security tools.
• Embed DevSecOps practices by implementing shift-left/shift-right security controls, policy-as-code, automated guardrails, and remediation automation.
• Establish vulnerability management policies, standards, architectural guardrails, and compliance alignment with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Act as a trusted security advisor to engineering, platform, risk, and business teams while presenting security architecture and risk posture to senior leadership.
