Job summary

Cmex Management in Mumbai is looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Developer/Consultant to design, configure and support Maximo Application Suite deployments. You will implement integrations, automate rules with Jython/Python, and optimize Work Management, PMs, and Job Plans.

Collaborating with functional and technical teams, you will translate business needs into scalable Maximo solutions, participate in upgrades, and ensure stable production support across the stack.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of hands-on IBM Maximo Developer/Consultant experience.
• Hands-on experience with MIF, complex Workflow Development, REST APIs, Web Services, and system integrations
• Strong Maximo development, configuration, and customization skills.
• Good understanding of Work Management and Supply Chain in Maximo.
• Knowledge of Maximo database structure, SQL, and relational databases.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and support IBM Maximo Application Suite applications
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using MIF, REST APIs, Web Services, and other integration technologies.
• Configure Object Structures, Relationships, Attributes, Domains, and other Maximo components.
• Develop and maintain complex Workflow processes, assignments, conditions, actions, escalations and approvals
• Develop Automation Scripts using Jython/Python for business rules, validations, automation, integrations and data processing.
• Configure and support Work Management processes, including Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Job Plans.
• Develop and troubleshoot Maximo integrations using MIF, REST APIs, Web Services and integration frameworks.
• Develop, test, and deploy technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Maximo solutions.
• Good to have MAS upgrades, preferably having participated in at least 2 Maximo/MAS upgrade cycles
• Support testing, deployment, production support, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
