Job summary

Nexucon Consultancy Services in Hyderabad, India seeks a seasoned IBM Maximo MAS 9 specialist to lead end-to-end implementations and technical delivery. You will configure Maximo Manage, develop automation scripts, and design integrations with MIF and REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities include data migration, troubleshooting complex MAS issues, and mentoring teams. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerized deployments is essential for production-ready MAS deployments.

Qualifications

Experience delivering end-to-end IBM Maximo MAS 9 implementations.
Strong knowledge of Maximo Manage, MIF, and integrations.
Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments and containers.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end IBM Maximo MAS 9 implementation and technical delivery activities.
Configure and customize Maximo Manage based on business and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain Automation Scripts, Workflows, Escalations, Domains, Cron Tasks, and Application Designer configurations.
Design and implement integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other integration technologies.
Perform Maximo data migration, data loading, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Maximo/MAS technical, integration, and production issues.
Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Prepare technical design documents, solution designs, configuration documents, and deployment procedures.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Maximo development and support teams.
Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to IBM Maximo/MAS best practices, coding standards, security, and quality standards.
Work with Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerized environments supporting MAS deployments.
Participate in system testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support activities.
Communicate effectively with client stakeholders, offshore teams, and project management teams.
Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Facilities Management, Real Estate, or large-scale enterprise Maximo projects will be an added advantage.
