Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Maximo practice in Kolkata to lead and contribute to IBM Maximo implementation projects. You will analyze business requirements, design configurations, and guide teams through the full deployment lifecycle.

Responsibilities include configuring, testing, deploying Maximo, and providing client-facing guidance while ensuring quality and collaboration across PwC teams. Strong integration and scripting skills are essential for success.

• Analyze customer requirements and develop design specifications.
• Customize/Configure, test, and deploy IBM Maximo through all lifecycle stages.
• Serve as Maximo Application Administrator, providing technical guidance to the team and client.
• Monitor and manage development quality for deliverables.
• Develop interfaces using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
• Deploy solutions using XML, XSLT, SQL, JMS, WebLogic, WebSphere, databases.
• Program in Java and Jython/Python to tailor Maximo for client needs.
• Collaborate with consultants and other subject matter experts across the landscape.
• Provide technical advice on product implementation, integration, or enhancements.
• Translate business and technical requirements into a project blueprint and identify solutions.
• Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.
• Design, develop and/or re-engineer components and integrate packages across platforms.
• Identify areas in the business process and convert them into Automation Ideas.
