Capgemini is seeking a Maximo Technical/Techno-Functional Consultant to lead integration design and configuration work across MAS environments. The role demands hands-on development of MIF integrations, Java customizations, and BIRT reporting, with strong mentoring for a team of Maximo developers.

You will collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, enforce coding standards, and participate in CI/CD practices to deliver robust implementations

Qualifications

4+ years of Maximo experience in architecting integrations and configurations.
Experience with MAS 8/9 platforms and MIF-based deployments.
Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, Java classes, and automation scripting.
Strong mentoring and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of Maximo integrations using MIF, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
Architect and implement system configurations including Domains, Database Configuration, Automation Scripts, Conditional UI, and Workflows.
Oversee development of custom Java classes, BIRT reports, and automation scripts.
Manage and mentor a team of Maximo developers and integration specialists.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and CI/CD practices.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of integration issues.
Support Maximo upgrades, data migrations, and deployment in MAS environments.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution design artifacts, and integration maps.
