Job summary

Confluent Medical Technologies India Pvt Ltd, the India subsidiary of Confluent Medical Technologies Inc., is urgently hiring a Materials Handler I for the Shipping & Receiving team. You will unpack and check goods, maintain ERP records, perform cycle counts, stock inventory, and prepare shipments.

Required: lifting up to 20 kg, ERP familiarity, and MS Office proficiency. Associates degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of related experience; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Unassisted lifting up to 20 kgs is required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Associates degree or equivalent with 3–5 years related experience.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Proficient in utilizing business tools such as E-mail, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
• Examine goods and reject unsatisfactory items when necessary.
• Maintain records of received goods in ERP system.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Stock goods in inventory and update location in ERP.
• Prepare goods for final shipment and ensure shipping requirements are met.
• Post weights and shipping charges accurately; perform shipping transactions in ERP.
• Lift heavy items and operate a forklift.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and 5S in the workplace.
• Load and unload vehicles as required.

Confluent Medical is urgently looking fora Materials Handler I in our Shipping & Receiving team to join our team. You may be who we are looking for!

As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will:

• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices
• Examine goods and reject unsatisfactory items when necessary
• Maintain records of received goods in ERP system
• Perform daily cycle counts
• Stocks goods in inventory
• Ensure parts location are updated in ERP system
• Prepare goods for final shipment
• Ensure compliance to shipping requirements as noted in the Sales order and/ or packing list
• Posts weights and shipping charges accurately
• Perform shipping transactions accurately in ERP system
• Lifts heavy items and operate a forklift.
• Material handling functions using pick list and/or other documentations provided
• Adhere to safety guidelines and 5S in the work area at all times
• Load and unload the vehicle as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
