Responsibilities

• Provide day to day support for new product setup end to end in SAP S/4 Hana and other required systems for cost and pricing.
• Prepare and maintain the product setup master.
• Manage customer escalations or queries effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate documentation to support overall service operations.
• Communicate effectively to stakeholders on the product setup management.
• Support service product master data reporting.
• Demonstrates expertise in resolving highly complex issues and proactively supports external-facing stakeholders in delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues in service master data.
• Collaborate with other departments and support groups to resolve routine to moderately complex issues, fostering effective teamwork and innovative solutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to lower-level support coordinators, offering training, mentoring, and support to help them excel in their roles.
• Monitor quality assurance processes to ensure that all meet established standards and exceed customer expectations.
