Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking a seasoned copy/offer strategist for a remote role in India. You will shape high-ticket offers, conduct discovery with founders, and defend a compelling value proposition.

You’ll guide clients on positioning, guarantees, and pricing in the Indian coaching and consulting market, leveraging AI tools to draft drafts and get client confirmation. Experience with direct response and scaling campaigns for coaches and agencies is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in direct response, offer creation or positioning for coaches, consultants or agencies.
• You've run discovery or strategy calls with founders, and you can hold your position when a founder argues for a weak offer.
• You know the Indian coaching and consulting market and how high-ticket services are priced here.
• You can explain why a guarantee works, and where a badly written one costs the client money.
• You use AI while the client is still talking: voice note into GPT, read the draft back, get the client to confirm or correct it.
• You write clearly. Copywriters and media buyers start their work from your BMC.
• Nice to have: you've read $100M Offers and Dan Kennedy, and you've sold or coached high-ticket services yourself.
