Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will strengthen SMSF’s brand as a leading grassroots implementing organization by driving creative campaigns, digital engagement, and storytelling that showcase the Foundation’s impact and build partnerships.

• Develop and execute marketing strategy and plans to promote SMSF programs and impact.
• Build SMSF’s brand as a leading grassroots implementing organization through strategic storytelling and outreach.
• Collaborate with research and program teams to translate project outcomes into compelling marketing content.
• Design and manage targeted campaigns (social media, email, online ads) to engage audiences and drive participation or donations.
• Create impactful, consistent messaging aligned with SMSF’s values and principles.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as videos and digital visuals.
• Monitor performance metrics and use insights to improve marketing strategies.
• Support outreach campaigns and partnerships with donors, corporates, and influencers.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferably in the development or nonprofit sector).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative mindset with excellent analytical and storytelling skills.
