Key Responsibilities:

• Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for real-world marketing deliverables including creative briefs, campaign concepts, brand positioning frameworks, and client-ready presentations.
• Score AI-generated and human work samples against defined criteria, providing detailed written justifications for every evaluation.
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are reproducible, defensible, and aligned with business objectives.
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers to refine grading criteria and scoring methodology.
• Evaluate creative briefs, campaign development, brand messaging, and integrated plans against business goals and brief requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or advertising with a focus on strategic evaluation and creative judgment.
• Fluency in evaluating marketing deliverables such as creative briefs, campaign concepts, brand positioning, and ad copy against defined briefs and objectives.
• Exceptionally strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate precise, evidence‑based reasons for scoring decisions.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to calibrate judgment against peer feedback and maintain consistency across evaluations.
• Experience with AI training, evaluation, or human‑data projects is a strong plus, though not required.
