Job summary

House of Hiranandani is seeking a technically proficient programmer to support AI and marketing technology initiatives, ensuring secure, scalable solutions adopted by business users. You will collaborate with Marketing, IT and external partners to define requirements, implement governance, and maintain documentation.

The role involves evaluating AI platforms, building dashboards, coordinating end-to-end deliverables, and ensuring smooth production rollouts across marketing tech stacks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Technology, Digital Transformation, AI Implementation or Product Support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of AI and technology projects across marketing.
• Work with internal stakeholders and technology partners to define project requirements, timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely implementation.
• Establish governance frameworks for AI solutions, ensuring adherence to security, privacy and compliance standards.
• Evaluate AI tools and platforms for enterprise readiness and risk.
• Develop AI agents / dashboards to improve process efficiency.
• Ensure responsible AI adoption aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation related to AI governance and technology standards.
• Prepare test plans and conduct functional, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify defects, coordinate issue resolution and validate fixes before production deployment.
• Ensure smooth production rollouts.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, user manuals and technical project documentation.
• Develop SOPs for AI and technology solutions.
• Using platforms such as Claude code, chatgpt agent builder, python, codex, node.js, react.js, sql, git and ftp
• Maintain version control and implementation records.
• Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Product teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Track deliverables and elevate risks where required.
