Job summary

Roche recherche un Marketing Partner à Delhi pour construire le plan annuel de marque, former les équipes cluster et collaborer avec les équipes mondiales afin de développer des solutions de marque.

Le candidat idéal possède un MBA en Marketing (temps plein préféré) et environ 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de marque/marketing, avec une bonne connaissance du marché des différentes thérapies et une flexibilité de relocalisation.

Qualifications

• Diplôme MBA en Marketing (temps plein préféré).
• Idéalement 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de marque / marketing.
• Bonne compréhension du marché dans diverses thérapies et disponibilité à relocaliser.

Responsibilities

• Créer un plan de marque annuel pour les marques assignées et former les équipes marketing du cluster.
• Se connecter avec les équipes mondiales pour développer des solutions de marque.
• Contribuer aux projets Marketing au niveau du chapitre All India et assurer la mise en œuvre des campagnes.]
• Établir des plans annuels intégrés avec le responsable du cluster et les équipes médicale, accès et commerciale et favoriser la communication transfonctionnelle.

You will be building an annual brand plan for the assigned brands and train the cluster marketing teams on the same. You will connect with the global teams to help develop brand solutions. You will be contributing to Marketing Chapter level All India Projects

The Opportunity

• You will be Co-creating portfolio strategy, plans and objectives leveraging outside in perspective along with the state team and oversee its implementation
• You will be building strong relationships with the identified key stakeholders from Key Doctors, Accounts or Government stakeholders to build Roche equity and gain customer insights
• You will ensure implementation of the marketing campaigns for all Roche brands within the state
• Build the integrated state annual plan along with the cluster head, medical, access and commercial squad and ensure implementation and promotes cross-functional communication and tactical planning to maximize patient and revenue impact
• You will ensure compliance of the state team with Roche and Local guidelines for all Roche Initiatives and develop Patient Persona based solutions.
• You will liaison with Global & regional team for brand related campaigns, cross Pollination of best Practices and share insights from cluster specific data on patients, diseases, patient journey etc and design solutions to increase patient impact
• Design of awareness campaigns & calculate ROIs and support customization of pricing and PAP solutions

Who you are

You are someone with a MBA in Marketing (full time preferred) preferably with 2 years of experience in brand management/marketing role. You should have a good understanding of the market in various therapy and should be willing to relocate.
