Job summary

Roche India - Roche Services and Solutions recherche un Senior Analyst en Analytics & Intelligence pour diriger des initiatives analytiques complexes dans le domaine médical. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes Field analytics et USMA, et utiliserez des datasets variés (claims, EHR/EMR, essais cliniques) pour influencer les stratégies médicales et améliorer les résultats patients.

Le poste exige une solide expertise en analyses médicales, maîtrise des outils SQL/Excel et programmation

Qualifications

• Diplôme de Bachelor dans les domaines tech/sciences de la vie ou équivalent, avec 4–8 ans d’expérience en analytics/consulting.
• 2–5 ans d’expérience en analytics dans le secteur Pharma/Biotech/Santé.
• Forte expérience en Medical Analytics, analyse de données du monde réel, analytics cliniques ou outcomes research.
• Maîtrise SQL et Excel, avec des compétences en Python, R ou SAS.
• Expérience dans la construction de pipelines de données, workflows d’automatisation et solutions analytiques évolutives.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation.

Responsibilities

• Diriger des initiatives analytiques complexes soutenant Medical Affairs, data réels, outcomes et parcours patient.
• Collaborer avec Field Medical et Medical Networks pour générer des insights à partir des données d’engagement HCP/KOL.
• Développer et mettre en œuvre des pipelines de données et cadres analytiques à grande échelle.
• Traiter des cas d’usage analytiques couvrant HEOR et recherche d’impact médical.
• Adapter les données (claims, EHR/EMR, essais cliniques) pour transformer les questions en solutions.
• Présenter les conclusions de façon claire aux parties prenantes et assurer la qualité des livrables.
• Encadrer les membres juniors et contribuer au développement des capacités.

As a Senior Analyst – Medical Analytics, you will collaborate closely with Field analytics & Insights - Medical, U.S. Medical Affairs (USMA) teams. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven medical strategy and enhancing patient outcomes through advanced analytics.

Your Opportunity

• Lead complex analytics initiatives supporting Medical Affairs across areas such as real-world data analysis, patient outcomes, treatment pathways, pre & post launch tracking, customer list generation and disease progression

• Partner with Field Medical and Medical Networks teams to generate insights from HCP/KOL engagement data, enabling optimization of medical strategies and field effectiveness

• Develop and implement scalable data pipelines, automation solutions, and analytical frameworks to process and analyze large healthcare datasets

• Work on analytics use cases spanning HEOR, medical impact assessment, patient journey analytics, and health equity research

• Leverage diverse datasets such as claims, EHR/EMR, clinical trial data, and interaction data (MSL/HCP engagements) to derive actionable insights

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate scientific and business questions into analytical solutions and deliver high-quality outputs

• Create clear and impactful presentations to communicate complex clinical and scientific insights to stakeholders

• Act as a thought partner by delivering high‑quality, scientifically grounded analytics solutions and recommendations

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder alignment

• Work across global teams and time zones to support business needs

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building within the team

Who you are

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biostatistics, or a related discipline, with 4–8 years of analytics/consulting experience, including 2–5 years in Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare analytics. A Master’s degree is an added advantage

• Strong experience in Medical Analytics, real‑world data analysis, clinical analytics, or outcomes research

• Hands‑on experience working with healthcare datasets such as claims, EHR/EMR, clinical trials, and field medical interaction data

• Good understanding of U.S. Medical Affairs ecosystem, including Field Medical, Medical Networks, and Scientific Operations

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, along with strong programming skills in Python, R, or SAS

• Experience in building data pipelines, automation workflows, and scalable analytical solutions

• Strong understanding of statistical techniques, data modelling, and analytical problem‑solving

• Exposure to therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, neurology, etc., is preferred

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
