About The Role

The Marketing Operations and Technology Specialist will oversee the maintenance, integration, and optimization of marketing technology platforms. This role will ensure that all tools and systems are working seamlessly to support the marketing and sales processes.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and troubleshoot marketing technology platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, Goldcast, Qualified, Demandbase, iCapture, Swoogo, Consensus, Gong, LinkedIn Lead Gen, Clari, SalesLoft, and Asana – with a focus on how these platforms (and more) work together
• Support new platform onboarding and integration processes, working closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure functionality, data, and outcome exceeds expectations
• Maintain platform health by monitoring performance, conducting routine maintenance, and resolving technical challenges
• Collaborate with the Marketing Data Lead to support data integration and flow across systems, ensuring accurate data synchronization
• Provide documentation and training on platform functionalities to internal stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience with a wide variety of marketing technology platforms and integrations including but not limited to Marketo, Salesforce, Goldcast, Qualified, Demandbase, iCapture, Swoogo, Consensus, Gong, LinkedIn Lead Gen, Clari, SalesLoft, and Asana
• Proactive by nature with exceptional problem-finding and problem-solving skills and a strong technical aptitude
• Can triage requests and provide clear indication of next steps
• Adept at explaining complex concepts and challenges in simple terms
• Tendency to view challenges as opportunities while focusing on solution
• Ability to work collaboratively with a global team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities
