Are you an experienced B2B IT Services marketing professional looking to lead marketing initiatives, drive demand generation, and build impactful campaigns that contribute to business growth?

Join LevelShift as a Marketing Manager, where you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across content, digital, email, social media, SEO/AEO, PPC, and lead generation. You'll lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with business stakeholders, sales, content, design, and digital marketing teams to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing Manager at LevelShift, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of Content Writers and Marketing Executives to achieve campaign objectives and business targets.
  • Own and execute the marketing calendar and campaign plan in alignment with organizational and business priorities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO/AEO, content marketing, and publications.
  • Drive end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign planning, content development, creative coordination, publishing, promotion, performance tracking, and optimization.
  • Review campaign performance regularly and drive course corrections based on campaign data, engagement, lead quality, and conversion trends.
  • Partner with the design team to develop campaign creatives, marketing collateral, digital assets, and content required for campaign execution.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to drive SEO/AEO, paid marketing, website optimization, and digital campaign performance.
  • Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely development and publication of high-quality in-house and outsourced content.
  • Monitor and maintain websites, social media channels, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets.
  • Lead and guide the lead generation team in identifying relevant target accounts, prospects, and contacts for various campaigns.
  • Establish campaign objectives, monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Work closely with sales and business stakeholders to understand business priorities and align marketing campaigns with lead-generation and pipeline objectives.
  • Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and campaign deliverables are met.
  • Establish and maintain marketing processes, quality standards, and operating practices across the team.
  • Track and review team activities, campaign progress, and individual performance against defined targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and best-practice discussions.
  • Mentor and develop team members through performance improvement, capability building, and continuous learning.
  • Provide floor support and respond to prospect enquiries when required.
  • Monitor team engagement and take proactive measures to support employee retention and team stability.
  • Prepare and present regular marketing performance, campaign, lead-generation, and team status reports to the reporting manager.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency, campaign execution, and overall team productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable information security policies, organizational processes, and quality standards.

  • Should be comfortable using AI tools to improve marketing strategy, campaign planning, content development, market research, analytics, and team productivity while ensuring responsible AI usage.
  • Utilize AI-assisted tools for content creation, campaign ideation, SEO/AEO optimization, audience research, lead generation, personalization, reporting, and campaign analysis.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other GenAI and marketing technology platforms to accelerate marketing execution.
  • Explore opportunities to use AI for customer segmentation, account research, content personalization, campaign optimization, lead qualification, and marketing analytics.
  • Encourage the marketing team to adopt AI responsibly while maintaining data privacy, information security, brand guidelines, and organizational standards.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can improve marketing workflows, campaign performance, content operations, reporting, and team productivity.
Your Skillset
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT Services, Technology, SaaS, or enterprise technology industry, with proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B IT Services marketing, enterprise technology marketing, and demand-generation strategies.
  • Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO/AEO, content marketing, and digital channels.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and AEO and their application within B2B marketing.
  • Experience managing marketing technology platforms and tools used for campaign execution, automation, analytics, lead generation, and content management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance, lead-generation metrics, engagement, conversion, and other marketing KPIs.
  • Experience managing content strategy, content calendars, content development, and publishing activities.
  • Strong experience coordinating with content, design, digital marketing, lead generation, sales, and business teams.
  • Proven experience in team management, mentoring, performance management, capability building, and target management.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and drive data-driven course corrections and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, target account identification, demand generation, prospect engagement, and campaign-driven pipeline creation.
  • Strong project management and deadline-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented, and collaborative environment.
  • Strong focus on quality, process compliance, information security, and operational excellence.
