Job summary

Nvest Solution Private Limited seeks a marketing professional to lead B2B demand generation and integrated campaigns across India, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa, targeting account-based pipelines.

You will work with Sales to define ICPs, drive digital marketing (SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, paid media, email), and create content and collateral to support RFPs, webinars, and events. This role focuses on scaling regional growth and improving marketing-sourced pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns across India, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa.
• Work closely with Sales teams to define Ideal Customer Profile, target accounts and generate marketing-sourced pipeline.
• Drive digital marketing across SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, paid media, email marketing and marketing automation.
• Conduct market & competitor research and develop region-specific GTM strategies, messaging and positioning.
• Create thought leadership content, case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs and sales enablement collateral.
• Plan and execute industry events, conferences, webinars, roundtables and partner marketing initiatives.
• Drive ABM campaigns for strategic accounts and support sales with RFP/RFI and pitch materials.
• Track leads, conversions, Cost Per Lead, campaign ROI and marketing pipeline using CRM/marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Delivery and regional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
