• Develop and execute annual marketing plan & budget aligned to business targets.
• Own brand positioning and messaging across all customer-facing materials.
• Plan and manage trade shows/exhibitions (EXCON, bC India) stall to lead follow-up.
• Drive digital marketing: website, LinkedIn/social, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, collateral.
• Generate and qualify leads for Sales; track funnel performance & conversion.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market intelligence.
• Manage agency, vendor and media partner relationships.
• Support tenders/proposals with marketing collateral and case studies.
• Track and report marketing ROI monthly to the Director
• Represent CMAC at industry forums/associations.
• Mentor and manage marketing team members.

We are hiring a Marketing Manager for CMAC India Pvt Ltd to lead brand positioning, digital marketing, and demand generation across our hoist product lines (passenger, material & multifunctional hoists).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plan & budget aligned to business targets
• Own brand positioning and messaging across all customer-facing materials
• Plan and manage trade shows/exhibitions (EXCON, bC India) stall to lead follow-up
• Drive digital marketing: website, LinkedIn/social, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, collateral

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred; Engineering/Business graduates considered
• 6–10 years marketing experience, incl. 3+ years in B2B/industrial/capital equipment/construction sector
• Proven experience managing exhibitions and B2B lead-gen campaigns
• Experience in construction equipment/heavy machinery/elevators-hoists preferred
• Strong digital marketing tool knowledge (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, CRM)
• Willingness for domestic travel
