Job summary

Cinco India seeks a Marketing Manager for real estate projects in Erode, Tamil Nadu. You will develop and execute project-wide marketing strategies, drive lead generation, brand building, and coordinate with Sales and CRM teams to maximize conversions.

The role requires 6–10 years in real estate marketing, hands-on experience with ATL/BTL, digital campaigns, events, and channel partners. An MBA/PGDM in Marketing is highly advantageous and you will lead a team to achieve milestones.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of overall experience in Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction marketing preferred.
• Experience marketing apartments, villas, plots or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing, Events and Lead Generation.
• Good understanding of local Erode market, customer segments and competitor activities.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and team-management skills.
• Experience handling marketing budgets and external agencies.
• Ability to work closely with Sales and CRM teams and deliver business-focused marketing initiatives.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a relevant qualification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality leads through digital campaigns, property portals, events, exhibitions, referrals and channel partners.
• Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality, site visits and conversions.
• Conduct competitor, market and customer analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Manage marketing agencies, vendors, media partners and other external stakeholders.
• Plan and execute project launches, events, activations and promotional activities.
• Oversee marketing collaterals including brochures, hoardings, creatives, videos and project presentations.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing spend, lead generation, CPL and ROI.
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and MIS for management.
• Maintain consistent brand positioning and communication across all marketing channels.
• Identify new marketing channels and strategies to improve brand visibility and project sales.
• Lead and monitor the marketing team to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
