Job summary

Ginger Media Entertainments Pvt. Ltd. in Kochi is seeking a full-time Video Editor cum Videographer to plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for entertainment programs, interviews, and brand campaigns across social platforms.

You will operate cameras, capture high-quality audio, and perform color grading with basic motion graphics, collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production, including camera operation, lighting, audio capture, and on-site shoot management.
• Solid Video Editing skills, including assembling footage, adding transitions, sound syncing, and exporting for multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance mood, tone, and overall image quality.
• Skills in motion graphics and graphic design, including creating titles, lower thirds, simple animations, and other visual elements for digital content.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and basic Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of social media formats (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Reels/Shorts).
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor cum Videographer role based in Kochi. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content for entertainment programs, interviews, brand campaigns, and social media platforms. Responsibilities include operating cameras and related equipment, capturing high-quality audio and video, organizing footage, and assembling final cuts that align with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
