The role focuses on expanding the firm’s client base through new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and executing targeted marketing and outreach strategies at the Kochi Infopark office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, sales, or lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate and convert leads through digital marketing and direct outreach.
• Experience in lead generation, client follow-ups, and campaign management.
• Proficiency in English (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end client acquisition, from lead generation to successful conversion
• Identify, qualify, and follow up on prospective leads to build a strong sales pipeline
• Develop and execute business development and lead generation strategies across digital and offline channels
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and referral partners
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and promotional activities
• Create and coordinate professional marketing content for social media, digital platforms, and print materials
• Represent the organization at business events, seminars, exhibitions, and community programs to generate new leads
• Manage marketing booths, presentations, and external promotional setups
• Track leads, conversion metrics, and business development performance
• Collaborate closely with management on branding, positioning, and growth initiatives
