Job summary

Lykora Consulting Services Private Limited is seeking a dynamic portfolio manager to develop, execute, and track growth strategies across international markets, driving revenue and adoption of the assigned portfolio.

As the portfolio expert, you will lead new product launches, pricing, and market identification while supporting sales with tender management, collateral, and pricing recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product availability and ongoing optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and track portfolio growth strategies across international markets to drive revenue
• Champion the assigned portfolio, driving customer adoption and act as the primary product expert across international markets
• Lead new product launches, pricing strategies, and new market identification
• Support sales team in tender management, product selection, artworks, catalogues, specs, and pricing recommendations
• Conduct market opportunity assessment, gather customer insights and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Support regional sales teams and distributors with product training, marketing collaterals and sales enablement initiatives
• Own and support conferences, workshops, in-service programs and other therapy adoption programs
• Work with product development, regulatory, quality, SCM and sales teams to ensure successful portfolio performance and product availability
• Portfolio optimization (PIPO), new product identification and product enhancements
