Job summary

Finance in a Box (FIAB) invites a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead to shape growth at FIAB. You will think strategically, execute personally, and work with leadership and BD teams to translate marketing activity into a measurable business pipeline.

The role emphasizes B2B demand generation, multi-channel campaigns, LinkedIn content, CRM-driven nurture, ABM with Sales, brand messaging, and product marketing for an AI-enabled finance ops platform.

Qualifications

• Hands-on senior marketer capable of executing campaigns personally.
• Strong experience in B2B demand generation and multi-channel campaigns.
• Proven ability to translate marketing activity into measurable pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs.
• Lead content strategy and LinkedIn thought leadership.
• Leverage HubSpot CRM to nurture campaigns and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales/BD and leadership to drive ABM and pipeline.
• Build scalable marketing processes, calendars, SOPs and playbooks.

We are looking for Marketing Manager or lead to join us at Finance in a Box (FIAB) and help shape the next phase of our growth.

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar Work timings: EST shift

This is not a role for someone who only manages agencies or oversees campaigns. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead who can think strategically, execute personally, and work closely with our leadership and BD teams to translate marketing activity into measurable business pipeline.

The role will have a strong focus on:

• B2B demand generation and multi-channel campaigns
• LinkedIn, thought leadership and content strategy
• HubSpot, CRM, nurture campaigns and marketing automation
• Account-based marketing and close partnership with Sales/BD
• Brand positioning and go-to-market messaging across Finance, HR and professional services
• Product marketing for our upcoming AI-enabled finance operations platform
• Building scalable marketing processes, calendars, SOPs and playbooks
