Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Lead who will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying the NMTronics brand. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving impactful campaigns while leading and inspiring a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, creative, and empathetic, with the ability to translate ideas into powerful brand stories and measurable business outcomes.

We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong technical/engineering background, who can effectively understand and market complex technology solutions across industries such as SMT, automation, solar, and EV.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and target audience across channels
• Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns—from concept to completion
• Analyze customer insights, campaign performance, and market trends to continuously improve effectiveness
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design strong go-to-market strategies with structured proposals
• Drive lead generation initiatives through partnerships, customers, and vendors
• Manage and optimize existing marketing channels to achieve business objectives
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and ownership

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong expertise in marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives
• Established media connections for PR and promotions
• Experience in vendor management and handling large-scale events
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe, Affinity, Corel, and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree (B.Tech) with an MBA in Marketing or related field
• Working knowledge of graphic design and content creation
• Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing efficiency while maintaining ethical standards
• Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn

Salary and Benefits
