Ambak in Mumbai seeks a dynamic Marketing & Community Manager to plan and execute online and offline campaigns, support brand-building, and develop engaging content for digital and offline channels. You will coordinate with internal teams and partners to drive campaigns and growth.

You will build and grow online and offline communities, organise meetups, manage events, and track performance to feed future initiatives. This role involves collaboration across marketing and community teams.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Support brand-building, promotional activities, and growth initiatives.
• Develop engaging marketing content for digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns.
• Assist in conceptualising, planning, and executing community events, networking sessions, meetups, and promotional activities.
• Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, invitations, registrations, and attendee engagement.
• Support on-ground execution and post-event follow-ups.
• Capture event highlights and create post-event marketing content.
• Create and edit short-form videos, reels, event highlights, and promotional content.
• Assist in shooting videos, conducting interviews, and producing engaging visual content.
• Develop social media posts, presentations, and creative marketing materials.
• Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
• Build, onboard, and grow online and offline communities.
• Identify and engage potential community members through outreach, networking, and on-ground activities.
• Manage community communication across WhatsApp groups and other relevant platforms.
• Develop engagement initiatives to encourage participation, referrals, and long-term relationships.
• Organise regular community meetups and networking activities.
• Execute hyperlocal marketing initiatives and offline outreach campaigns.
• Identify potential community partners, collaborators, and local business networks.
• Support community onboarding drives and relationship-building activities.
• Work closely with business teams to increase community participation and engagement.
• Track marketing campaign performance, event participation, and community growth.
• Gather feedback from community members to improve engagement strategies.
• Research emerging marketing trends and creative engagement ideas.
• Support cross-functional special projects and initiatives led by senior leadership.
