Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: brainstorm, schedule, and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
• Content Creation: draft engaging copy for posts, newsletters, and forums with a consistent brand voice.
• Market Research: analyze competitors and trends to identify growth opportunities and ideas.
• Campaign Execution: assist in organizing and executing digital campaigns and tracking engagement.

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Marketing Intern to join our growth team. If you have a knack for storytelling, love tracking social media trends, and want to learn how a modern B2B tech brand builds its audience, this role is for you. You will work directly with our marketing and product teams to plan campaigns, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Assist in brainstorming, scheduling, and managing content calendars across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
• Content Creation: Draft engaging copy for social media posts, community forums, and email newsletters, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay ahead of industry trends to identify new growth opportunities and content ideas.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in organizing and executing digital marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics like engagement and reach.
• Collateral Support: Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing banners, presentation decks, and promotional assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Open to students or recent graduates pursuing a BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or any degree with a strong passion for digital marketing and brand building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Active presence on social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and an understanding of what makes content shareable.
• Familiarity with basic marketing and design tools (e.g., Canva, Notion, or social media scheduling tools).
• A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn fast in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred (Bonus): Basic understanding of SEO principles, email marketing tools, or simple video editing skills (for Reels/Shorts).
