Job summary

United Learning League in Bengaluru seeks an Intern for the Field Marketing & Partnerships team to help build and scale campus outreach. You will visit preschools, daycares and clinics, form institutional tie-ups, organize events and drive enquiries to campus enrolment.

This founding-team role rewards proactive networking and hands-on collaboration. Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in field marketing or partnerships, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, familiarity with Nagarbhavi area,

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in field marketing, institutional sales, outreach or partnerships.
• Excellent networking, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Nagarbhavi and surrounding Bengaluru areas.
• Kannada strongly preferred; English essential; local travel and two-wheeler advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Visit preschools, daycares, coaching centres, tuition centres, paediatric clinics and activity centres.
• Build referral relationships and secure appropriate institutional tie-ups.
• Arrange parenting seminars, educational workshops and school information sessions.
• Engage apartment communities, parent groups, clubs and local influencers.
• Generate qualified enquiries and confirmed campus appointments.
• Run kiosks, exhibitions and community activations across the catchment.
• Maintain a disciplined partner pipeline and record meetings, referrals and outcomes.
• Coordinate with admissions to track leads through enrolment.
