Job summary

United Learning League in Bengaluru is seeking an Academic Coordinator – Academic Excellence Lead to help build a campus from the ground up. The role focuses on shaping curricula, mentoring teachers, and designing induction and professional development programs.

You will maintain academic calendars, support recruitment and onboarding, promote experiential learning and educational technology, and collaborate with leadership to develop SOPs and enrichment programs. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of school teaching, academic coordination or education leadership experience.
• Strong CBSE curriculum and assessment knowledge.
• B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred; postgraduate study advantageous.
• Proven teacher mentoring, academic planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor curriculum delivery, lesson plans and assessments.
• Mentor teachers through classroom observation, feedback and coaching.
• Design teacher induction, training and continuous professional development.
