Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in coal handling, mining, power plants, and industrial sectors.
• Generate leads and approach potential clients for coal handling plant operations, manpower, equipment, and related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.
• Arrange client meetings, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate for quotations and commercial proposals.
• Visit client sites, power plants, industrial units, and project locations as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare tenders, quotations, and business proposals.
• Maintain client databases, sales pipelines, and regular marketing activity reports.
• Follow up with clients on proposals, negotiations, purchase orders, and new contracts.
• Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.
