Skilltech Building Solutions LLP is seeking a Marketing Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Thrissur. You will plan and execute marketing activities to promote interior and exterior construction services and manage online and offline channels.

Responsibilities include market research, identifying potential clients, supporting sales, and coordinating with operations to align messages with capabilities. Two-wheeler is mandatory; 2–3 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Market Planning and Marketing activities to support business objectives.
• Strong Market Research skills to gather insights on customers, competitors, and local construction trends.
• Excellent Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and internal coordination.
• Sales and Marketing skills to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing.
• Two Wheeler is a must.
• Prior experience in construction, interiors, or related industries is a plus.
