Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Specification Sales, Architect Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Decorative Surfaces, Building Materials, Paints, Sanitary ware, Tiles, or Interior Products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, and Specifiers to promote products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers in construction and interior industries.
• Coordinate product specifications and recommendations from architects and designers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sampling activities.
• Organize architect meets, dealer events, launches, and promotions.
• Track upcoming residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Maintain a database of architects, designers, builders, and project consultants.
• Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, and trends.
• Follow up with architects and influencers and address product queries.
• Submit daily visit reports and weekly activity summaries.
• Achieve monthly targets related to influencer engagement and project generation.

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Female Marketing Executive to promote our brand and products in the market by building strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Builders, and Key Influencers. This is a field-based role involving regular client visits and market development activities. Candidates from the plywood or building materials industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Interior Designer Engagement

• Regularly visit Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, and Specifiers to promote company products.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with influencers in the construction and interior industry.
• Generate product specifications and recommendations from architects and designers.

Brand Promotion & Market Development

• Increase brand visibility and awareness in the assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sampling activities.
• Organize architect meets, dealer events, product launches, and promotional activities.

Project Tracking

• Identify upcoming residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Track ongoing projects and coordinate with the sales team for business conversion.
• Maintain a database of architects, designers, builders, and project consultants.

Market Intelligence

• Gather information regarding competitor activities, product launches, pricing, and market trends.
• Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to management.

Relationship Management

• Ensure regular follow-up with architects and influencers.
• Address queries related to products and applications.
• Build long-term relationships that contribute to specification and project business.

Reporting & MIS

• Submit daily visit reports and weekly activity reports.
• Maintain records of meetings, project updates, and lead generation activities.
• Achieve monthly targets related to influencer engagement and project generation.

Requirements
