Job summary

Sheth Realty in Mumbai seeks a hands-on marketing professional to plan and execute campaigns for residential and commercial real estate. You will coordinate with digital agencies and manage lead generation, site branding and events.

You will track performance, prepare MIS reports, support sales launches, create content for social media and portals, and handle vendor quotes and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities for real estate projects (residential / commercial)
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for campaigns, creatives & lead generation
• Support online & offline marketing initiatives including site branding, hoardings, brochures & events
• Track campaign performance, leads & prepare marketing MIS reports
• Coordinate with sales team for project launches, site activities & walk-in campaigns
• Assist in content creation for social media, portals & marketing collaterals
• Handle vendor coordination, quotations & basic budget tracking
