Job summary

Ciel HR in India seeks a Marketing Coordinator to manage social media calendars, coordinate content creators, and ensure accuracy before publication.

You will design briefs for designers, track advertisements across digital and print, coordinate BTL materials, and monitor website updates and campaign results with the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the posting calendar and brief content creators and agencies for social media postings.
• Coordinate photos and videos and review content for accuracy before publication of approved posts.
• Brief designers and coordinate brochures, posters, product creatives, dealer materials, and other marketing assets; ensure items are approved and produced.
• Coordinate approved digital, print, outdoor, and other advertisements with agencies and media partners; track artwork, approvals, placement, and deadlines.
• Coordinate promotional materials for dealer and market activities; work with sales on requirements and track delivery to locations.
• Coordinate approved campaign messages and visuals for Business WhatsApp with the CRM and creative teams; align schedules and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Social media and content: Maintain the posting calendar, brief content creators and agencies, coordinate photos and videos, review content for accuracy, and arrange publication of approved posts.
• Design and collaterals: Brief designers and coordinate brochures, posters, stendees, product creatives, dealer materials, and other marketing assets. Check product details and follow each item through approval and production.
• Advertising: Coordinate approved digital, print, outdoor, and other advertisements with agencies and media partners. Track artwork, approvals, placement, deadlines, and publication.
• BTL activities: Coordinate promotional materials for dealer and market activities. Work with the sales team on requirements and schedules, and track delivery of materials to the intended locations.
• Business WhatsApp campaigns: Coordinate approved campaign messages, visuals, and broadcast content with the creative team. Align the communication schedule with the CRM team, which will handle customer responses and follow-up.
• Website and digital performance: Coordinate website content updates with the service provider and track basic social media, website, and campaign results.
