Job summary

Adspot Advertising, an outdoor advertising company, is seeking a Marketing Executive to expand our client base and grow the business. You will identify potential clients, conduct field visits, present ad space solutions, and coordinate campaigns to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, and 1–3 years of experience (freshers welcome). Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for outdoor advertising needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients who require outdoor advertising and promotional solutions.
• Generate new leads through field visits, phone calls, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Meet with businesses, brands, agencies, and potential customers to understand their advertising requirements.
• Present Adspot Advertising's available advertising spaces and solutions to clients.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and advertising packages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns and maintain good communication with clients.
• Research local markets and identify new business opportunities and potential advertising locations.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, proposals, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, Target-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local market and businesses is an advantage.
• Ability to confidently communicate with clients and make field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
