Job summary

Alphaerp in India is seeking an ERP implementation consultant to drive customer deployments across diverse sectors. You will travel to client sites, gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and lead the implementation from kickoff to go-live.

The role requires strong communication, travel readiness, and the ability to train end users. You will build lasting client relationships while ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business processes.

Responsibilities

• Adapt campaigns to suit local markets and industry segments (retail, wholesale, manufacturer).
• Conduct market visits, customer visits, field surveys, and related India activities.
• Understand project needs, demo to end users, and convert leads.
• Identify potential clients, deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Travel for implementation across multiple locations in India.
• Perform ERP implementation and provide client training.
• Must attend product exhibitions.
• Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships.
• Attend training sessions.
• Solve assigned tasks based on estimated time.
• Prepare daily/monthly marketing performance reports.
• Responsibilities will be variable; it may change as per requirement and performance.
