Job summary

Agile Technology Solutions - Your Technology Partner is seeking an experienced Buyer / Procurement Professional to manage procurement activities across Marketing Services, Events, Consultancy, Merchandise, Media Buying, Hotels, Travel Management and other Sales & Marketing-related services.

The role focuses on supplier development, competitive bidding, cost optimization, PO management, and coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers to achieve value and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Commerce, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement for marketing services, events, and related services.
• Experience in supplier onboarding, competitive bidding and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for marketing services, events, consultancy, merchandise, media buying, hotels, travel management, and related services.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers for competitive sourcing.
• Prepare RFQs, quotations, and commercial/evaluation reviews for bids.
• Conduct price benchmarking, cost analysis, and negotiations to achieve value.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Buyer / Procurement Professional to manage procurement activities related to Marketing Services, Events, Consultancy, Merchandise, Media Buying, Hotels, Travel Management, and other Sales & Marketing-related services.

The candidate will be responsible for supplier development, competitive bidding, commercial negotiations, purchase order management, cost optimization, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for marketing services, events, consultancy, merchandise, media buying, hotels, travel management, and other related services.
• Identify, evaluate, develop, and onboard new suppliers to ensure competitive sourcing and sustainable supplier relationships.
• Prepare and manage Bidder Lists, RFQs, quotations, technical evaluations, and commercial comparisons.
• Conduct price benchmarking, cost analysis, and commercial evaluations to achieve cost-effective sourcing.
• Plan and conduct price negotiations with suppliers and agencies.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives through localization, alternate sourcing, supplier development, and process improvements.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure necessary approvals before releasing them to suppliers.
• Handle Purchase Order amendments and change management.
• Support supplier registration and onboarding through relevant procurement systems.
• Coordinate with Business Users, Finance, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Corporate Procurement / Services Procurement / Marketing Procurement / Indirect Procurement, particularly in areas such as:
