About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result‑oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to promote our hospital services, strengthen referral networks, build strategic partnerships, and increase patient outreach. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, networking abilities, and a passion for healthcare marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Outreach

• Promote hospital services, mental health programs, and specialty departments to healthcare professionals and the community.
• Conduct field visits to clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, educational institutions, NGOs, and corporate organizations.
• Organize awareness programs, health camps, seminars, and community outreach activities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Business Development

• Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, psychologists, counselors, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand hospital reach.
• Establish corporate tie‑ups and institutional collaborations.
• Generate leads and contribute to increasing patient referrals and hospital admissions.

Relationship Management

• Build strong professional relationships with stakeholders and referral partners.
• Represent the hospital at conferences, health events, and networking meetings.
• Maintain regular communication with existing partners to strengthen collaborations.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Track referral sources, marketing outcomes, and business development activities.
• Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, meetings, and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or field marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
