From market research and positioning to content, campaigns, acquisition, analytics, and optimisation, you will gain exposure to the full marketing lifecycle and play a key role in driving growth in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience in a startup/SaaS/AI environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial understanding.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing, content, SEO, and paid acquisition.
• Comfortable working with data and marketing analytics; familiar with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Research target customers, markets, competitors, and buyer behaviour.
• Build customer personas, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Develop and manage the content strategy across LinkedIn, X, blogs, and email.
• Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Drive organic growth through SEO, content, and search strategy.
• Analyse marketing performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and advertising platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency.
• Experiment with new channels, messaging, creatives, and campaigns.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, strategy, content and execution.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a startup, technology, SaaS, or AI environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial understanding.
• Ability to understand a problem, structure it, and develop a practical marketing approach.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, content, SEO, paid acquisition, and marketing funnels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working with data and marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and workflows.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
