Victorino Luxury Homes, a bespoke real estate venture, seeks a Marketing & Campaigns professional to drive strategy, coordinate agencies and manage performance marketing across Goa and beyond. The role focuses on translating leadership direction into precise briefs, reviewing creative outputs, and ensuring timely, high-impact campaigns that align with the luxury brand.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in marketing, with strong digital skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong written and verbal communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify marketing models, campaigns, trends and inspirations for Victorino Luxury Homes.
• Coordinate with creative, performance marketing agencies, photographers, and production partners.
• Translate management directions into clear briefs for external agencies and partners.
• Review and vet concepts, collateral and outputs against briefs, brand standards and requirements.
• Coordinate revisions and ensure feedback is communicated and incorporated.
• Coordinate performance marketing activities and review campaign metrics and budgets.
• Collaborate with agencies to understand results and identify improvement areas.
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets.
• Follow up with agencies/vendors on pending deliverables and execution.
• Maintain organized records of campaigns, briefs, reports and communications.
• Support management in developing and implementing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant marketing models, campaigns, trends, ideas and inspirations that can be adapted for Victorino Luxury Homes.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, performance marketing agencies, photographers, production partners and other external vendors.
• Translate directions and requirements from management into clear briefs and actionable instructions for external agencies and creative partners.
• Review and vet creative concepts, campaign communication, marketing collateral and other agency outputs against the brief, brand standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate revisions and ensure that feedback from management is clearly communicated and incorporated.
• Coordinate performance marketing activities and review campaign performance, lead quality, budgets, reach, engagement and other relevant metrics.
• Work with performance marketing agencies to understand campaign results and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate deliverables to ensure campaigns, creatives and other marketing activities are completed within agreed timelines.
• Follow up with agencies and vendors on pending deliverables and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain organised records of marketing campaigns, creatives, briefs, reports, agency communication and other relevant documentation.
• Support management in developing and implementing marketing initiatives and campaigns for Victorino Luxury Homes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple agencies, projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, creative communication and performance marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to critically review creative and marketing outputs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with external agencies and vendors while maintaining clear briefs, feedback and timelines.
• A proactive approach, curiosity and willingness to learn and develop into a broader marketing role.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Experience working with creative agencies and/or digital/performance marketing agencies will be preferred.
