Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing and design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing activities.
• Assist in developing and coordinating digital, print, outdoor, and promotional marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate the creation of brochures, flyers, creatives, presentations, hoardings, and other marketing materials.
• Support social media activities, content coordination, and online promotions.
• Assist in planning and executing project launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, branding, outdoor advertising, and other marketing requirements.
• Monitor campaign activities and ensure timely execution as per approved plans.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research and share relevant insights with the team.
• Maintain marketing databases, records, campaign reports, and expense details.
• Ensure all marketing communication follows the company's brand guidelines.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing MIS reports.
• Support lead-generation initiatives in coordination with the Sales and Digital Marketing teams.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing operations and project requirements.
