Responsibilities

• Develop local market networks for PVCS and strengthen farmer-to-market connectivity.
• Facilitate tie-ups with local retailers, mandi networks, aggregators, and institutional buyers.
• Conduct district-level market assessments and pricing analyses.
• Assist branding and promotion activities for PVCS products.
• Coordinate forward and backward linkages and support market access.
• Facilitate participation of unions in exhibitions, local fairs and business networking.
• Engage in investor calls.

MBA/PGDM in Agribusiness, Rural Management, Marketing.

Mandatory

Candidates having at least 2+ years of relevant experience in market linkage development, agribusiness marketing, value chain development, rural livelihoods, or agricultural business promotion.

Desired Skill sets

Strong understanding of agricultural markets, value chains, and market systems. Ability to establish and manage relationships with buyers, traders, retailers, and institutional purchasers.

Experience in market facilitation and business networking. Knowledge of mandi operations, procurement systems, and market regulations. Ability to conduct market assessments, pricing studies, and demand analysis.

Understanding of consumer preferences, market trends, and competitive positioning. Ability to support development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop local market networks for PVCS and strengthen farmer-to-market connectivity. Facilitate tie-ups with local retailers, mandi networks, aggregators, and institutional buyers.
