Role : Market Linkage Specialist

Location : Patna

Qualification : MBA/PGDM in Agribusiness, Rural Management, Marketing.

Work Experience Mandatory - Candidates having at least 2+ years of relevant experience in market linkage development, agribusiness marketing, value chain development, rural livelihoods, or agricultural business promotion.

Desired Skill sets : Strong understanding of agricultural markets, value chains, and market systems. Ability to establish and manage relationships with buyers, traders, retailers, and institutional purchasers.

Experience in market facilitation and business networking. Knowledge of mandi operations, procurement systems, and market regulations. Ability to conduct market assessments, pricing studies, and demand analysis.

Understanding of consumer preferences, market trends, and competitive positioning.

Ability to support development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Develop local market networks for PVCS and strengthen farmer-to-market connectivity.

Facilitate tie-ups with local retailers, mandi networks, aggregators, and institutional buyers.
