The role requires hands-on experience in ERM/marine travel and strong attention to detail in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments.
• Handson expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurately under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced, 24/7 service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multiregional operations setup.
• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes.
• Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills.
